What to expect

This 4-week course is for anyone with a bit of Bungee experience, continue to build strength, confidence, and control in the harness. Each week blends bungee fitness, dance flow, and technique work, gradually introducing more dynamic and advanced moves. You’ll learn to bounce with purpose, move with ease, and maybe even surprise yourself with how much you can do in four weeks.

Once you’ve booked a course, rescheduling must be made at least one week before the start date. Purchases cannot be refunded. We’re happy to reschedule your spot to the next available course (subject to availability).
