Burn (Pop-Up Class)
What to expect
A HIIT pop-up class that does exactly what it says on the tin—expect a serious burn in all the right places. This lower-body and core-focused session combines explosive movements, strength drills, and high-intensity intervals to sculpt and strengthen your legs, glutes, and abs. Fast-paced, sweaty, and guaranteed to leave you feeling stronger (and maybe a little wobbly on the way out).

Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a class and know you are unable to attend, you can cancel up to 12 hours before its start time. If you miss the 12-hour cancellation window you will be marked as a no show. The only way to cancel is by signing into your account or emailing at admin@forzabelfast.com Messaging, emailing, or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation.
