Intermediate Bungee is for anyone who has attended at least 3 Bungee classes. This high-energy, full-body class is for those who’ve mastered the basics and want to level up. Expect more dynamic movements, faster transitions, and advanced aerial combos. Key Features: Incorporates movements like squats, lunges, and jumps. Focuses on improving endurance, core strength, and overall conditioning. Provides a low-impact workout that’s gentle on the joints. Style: Functional and fitness-oriented rather than stylistic.

Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a class and know you are unable to attend, you can cancel up to 12 hours before its start time. If you miss the 12-hour cancellation window you will be marked as a no show. The only way to cancel is by signing into your account or emailing at admin@forzabelfast.com Messaging, emailing, or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation.
