Megan
Megan is a Certified CrossFit Trainer, Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, and Reformer Pilates Teacher. Her journey into fitness started with mat Pilates to improve her mobility, manage sciatic pain, and build a foundation in movement. A few years later, she found CrossFit, where she progressed until becoming a coach.
For the past five years, I’ve competed among the top 150 women in Europe within CrossFit. But through both training and coaching, I’ve come to realise that true fitness is about balance. CrossFit pushes me outside of my comfort zone, while Reformer Pilates brings me back to control, precision, and flow.
Together, they create a holistic approach to movement—one that builds both strength and longevity, and I believe the varied and holistic approach to movement and training is one we should all know.
