Lu is a former gymnast and circus performer with over 10 years of experience teaching. She's a certified fitness coach, Barre & Acroyoga teacher. She brings a technical and challenging edge to her classes, emphasising proper posture, mobility, and well-rounded movement. 

Yazmin is a professional dancer from Argentina with over 10 years of experience in the world of dance. She´s competed in national and international events, earning multiple awards and recognitions.

Taylor is a former gymnast and certified Pole Dance and Flexibility instructor. As a professional performer with national and international championship titles, she fuses strength and artistry to create classes that build power and cultivate fluid technique.

Patricia is a physiotherapist and certified yoga instructor with a diverse background in gymnastics, dance, and aerial arts.

Ellie has been dancing for 20 years, with training in ballet, jazz and a range of performance styles. After teaching jazz at university and performing competitively for many years, she now dances with an elite adult company in NI. Ellie loves helping others build their skills, confidence and love of performing.
