1. Class Bookings

• Cancellations: You may cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the class start time to receive a class credit for future use.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time or for missed classes.

2. Memberships and Packages

• Trial Memberships: Trial memberships are non-refundable but may be credited towards a full membership if purchased before the trial ends.

• ​Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership with written notice according to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.

3. Special Events and Workshops
Refunds for workshops and special events will only be provided if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, no refunds or credits will be issued.
