1. Class Bookings

Each booking is valid for up to two (2) participants.

Bookings may be rescheduled or credited if cancelled at least 12 hours before the class start time.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling or credits.

Cancellations must be done exclusively through your online account. Messaging the teacher, emailing, or sending a direct message is NOT a valid form of cancellation. If you didn't create an account at the time of booking, you can create one later using the same email you used for your booking. Any booking done under that email will show once signed up.

Missed classes (no-shows) are not eligible for rescheduling or credits.

Multiple bookings made under the same account, for the same class, will be treated as a group booking.

Group bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule or receive Forza credits.

Group cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for credits or rescheduling.
2. Memberships

Three Week Unlimited: This trial period is non-refundable.

Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

You can cancel your monthly membership from your online account.

Cancellation must occur at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
3. Courses

Once you’ve booked a course, rescheduling must be made at least 7 days before the start date.

Purchases cannot be refunded.

We’re happy to reschedule your spot to the next available course (subject to availability).

No-shows to any session will result in a missed session, not subject to rescheduling.
4. Special Events and Workshops
Refunds for workshops and special events will only be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. After this period, no refunds or credits will be issued.
5. Private Classes

For private sessions, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your booking date to receive a refund.

Please note there’s a £15 admin fee deducted from all private booking refunds.
