Aerial Fitness is a fun and effective way to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness. Using a suspended fabric cocoon, you’ll combine conditioning exercises with beginner-friendly aerial techniques.

This class focuses on core strength, mobility, and coordination while introducing foundational aerial tricks in a safe and supportive environment.

Who is it for?

This is an open level class,


  • Suitable for beginners, no prior experience required.

  • Also suitable for aerialists looking to improve strength .
