This class focuses on floor-based tricks, transitions, flexibility for heels, and dynamic movements often seen in heels performance and pole-style choreography — without needing to get on a pole.
Perfect for heels dancers wanting to progress, but also ideal for pole students looking to complement their training with better floorwork, musicality, and movement quality.
You’ll work on:
-floorwork technique
-rolls, slides, and transitions
-flexibility and mobility for heels movement
-control, lines, and fluidity
-tricks and “cool moves” to level up your dance style
Knee pads strongly recommended.
