Prenatal Barre is a thoughtfully designed class that blends ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates and functional strength — all adapted specifically for pregnancy. Each session focuses on building stability, improving posture, and supporting the muscles that matter most during pregnancy, including the core, glutes, and pelvic floor.
Movements are slow, controlled, and low impact, with options and modifications offered throughout. The aim is not to “push” but to help you move with confidence, and maintain strength as your body changes. Whether you’re new to exercise or continuing your fitness journey, this class offers a supportive space to move safely and mindfully.
