Our Foundations & Prenatal Barre class is perfect for beginners, expectant mothers, or anyone wanting to reconnect with their body in a safe, supportive environment. This small-group, coached session focuses on alignment, core engagement, and controlled movement, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace. Every exercise is carefully curated to ensure a mindful and effective workout tailored to your needs.
Movements are slow, controlled, and low impact, with plenty of options and modifications offered throughout. The aim is not to “push” but to help you move with confidence, ease discomfort, and maintain strength. Whether you’re new to exercise or continuing your fitness journey, this class offers a supportive space to move safely and mindfully.
