If you’ve been eyeing up the bungee but not sure where to start, this one’s for you. Four weeks of fitness, dance and technique to help you build strength and confidence in the harness. Beginners totally welcome.

All levels, especially if you’re after a low-impact workout.
Anyone who fancies a mix of cardio, strength, and core.
