Acroyoga mixes yoga, acrobatics, and a good dose of teamwork. You and a partner will try out fun lifts, balances, and poses that build strength, trust, and flexibility. It's a laugh, keeps you moving, and lets you connect in a way that’s totally unique.

Who is it for?


  • Acroyoga levels 1-2 is designed for beginners and those wanting to get solid foundations before moving on to level 3.

  • Acroyoga levels 3-4 is designed for intermediate and experienced practicioners. 


In both classes, you can expect to learn entries, poses, transitions, and sequencing. 


You can join as a solo or with a partner, please don´t be nervous about coming alone! there are lots of people to work with!
