Prenatal Barre (January Block)


What to expect

Prenatal Barre is a thoughtfully designed class that blends ballet-inspired movement with elements of Pilates and functional strength — all adapted specifically for pregnancy. Each session focuses on building stability, improving posture, and supporting the muscles that matter most during pregnancy, including the core, glutes, and pelvic floor. Movements are slow, controlled, and low impact, with plenty of options and modifications offered throughout. The aim is not to “push” but to help you move with confidence, ease discomfort, and maintain strength as your body changes. Whether you’re new to exercise or continuing your fitness journey, this class offers a supportive space to move safely and mindfully. GREAT FOR: - Anyone who is pregnant and has medical clearance to exercise - All fitness levels — beginners very welcome - Those looking for a low-impact, pregnancy-safe workout - Anyone wanting to stay active, strong, and supported during pregnancy Please note: we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any prenatal exercise programme. Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve booked a course, rescheduling must be made at least one week before the start date. Purchases cannot be refunded. We’re happy to reschedule your spot to the next available course (subject to availability).
