What to expect
This short course is designed for anyone who wants to build strength, confidence, and control in the harness. Each week blends bungee fitness, dance flow, and technique work, gradually introducing more dynamic and intermediate moves. You’ll learn to bounce with purpose, move with ease, and maybe even surprise yourself with how much you can do in four weeks. No experience needed—just bring energy, curiosity, and a bit of nerve. We’ll take care of the rest.
