Our Classes
There are two main class categories, Forza & Skill.
A combination of both is the key to longevity and better fitness.

Is there a weight limit on Bungee Classes?We are able to cater for anyone between 40kg - 95kg

How do I book a class?To book a class, you'll need to either pay per class or get a membership. Monthly memberships offer 4 to unlimited classes per month. Once you've got your credits, simply head to the timetable, and book your preferred class. If you have a Guest Credit, you can bring a friend on us - simply book two spaces in a class, with no extra cost for the second spot. The best way to see and feel the benefits of your workout is to come as often as you can, which is why credits have an expiry date. You can see the expiry date for credits in the "Credit History" section of your account.

How do I check in?Please arrive between 5-10 minutes before class. Head to the reception desk and we'll tell you everything you need to know. Please be aware, that if you're running late and your class has started, we won't be able to let you in to avoid disrupting others.

Where do I park?WEEKDAYS 6am - 9am: you can park in our premises for free. 9am - 5:30pm: no parking spaces at the premises, but there is plenty of street parking around. 5:30pm-10pm: you can park in our premises for free. WEEKENDS You can park in our premises for free.

What do I need to bring?All you need is your workout gear and a water bottle. If you don't have a bottle with you, we have cups at reception. HEELS CLASS: Please bring comfortable heels and knee pads if you have some (non-mandatory).
