What to expect
Our 4-week course designed for anyone who wants to build strength, confidence, and control in the harness. Each week blends bungee fitness, dance flow, and technique work, gradually introducing more dynamic and intermediate moves. You’ll learn to bounce with purpose, move with ease, and maybe even surprise yourself with how much you can do in four weeks. No experience needed—just bring energy, curiosity, and a bit of nerve. We’ll take care of the rest.

Once you’ve booked a course, please note that cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least one week before the start date. After that time, cancellations are non-refundable. We’re happy to reschedule your spot to the next available course (subject to availability).
