What to expect
Our 4-week summer course designed for total beginners who want to build strength, confidence, and control in the harness. Each week blends bungee fitness, dance flow, and technique work, gradually introducing more dynamic and intermediate moves. You’ll learn to bounce with purpose, move with ease, and maybe even surprise yourself with how much you can do in four weeks. No experience needed—just bring energy, curiosity, and a bit of nerve. We’ll take care of the rest.

Cancellation Policy
If you have booked a class and know you are unable to attend, you can cancel up to 12 hours before its start time. If you miss the 12-hour cancellation window you will be marked as a no show. The only way to cancel is by signing into your account or emailing at admin@forzabelfast.com Messaging, emailing, or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation.
