This 6-week course will guide you through targeted flexibility and mobility training for your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. Each week builds on the last, helping you unlock range of motion, improve recovery, and build strength where it counts. You’ll work on both active and passive flexibility, learning how to move deeper without pain and actually hold those gains. Whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or you’re nearly there, this course will meet you where you’re at and help you progress week by week. Perfect for: dancers, yogis, aerialists, and anyone who wants to feel more open, mobile, and confident in their movement.
