Barre combines pilates with ballet inspired exercises. This class focuses on small, controlled movements that’ll have your muscles shaking (in a good way). It’s all about sculpting, toning, and walking out feeling taller and more poised. You’ll leave with legs to die for and posture that would make your granny proud. This class is open level & beginner friendly but also challenging enough for the regulars. You will need: grippy socks and a water bottle.
