What to expect
This is a physio-led class that will guide you through targeted flexibility and mobility training for your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. We will help you unlock range of motion, improve recovery, and build strength where it counts. You’ll work on both active and passive flexibility, learning how to move deeper without pain and actually hold those gains. Whether you’re just starting your flexibility journey or you’re nearly there, this course will meet you where you’re at and help you progress week by week.

Cancellation Policy
If you can’t make your class you will be able to change it up until 12hrs before the class start time through your online account. If your session is cancelled within the 12hr period you will unfortunately lose your credit. The only way to reschedule is by signing into your account. If you didn't have an account at the time of booking, create a new one using the same email address and your booking will show up. Messaging, emailing, or contacting teachers privately is not an accepted form of cancellation. Purchases cannot be refunded. For any rescheduling issues please email admin@forzabelfast.com NOTE: For group bookings of two or more people, our group booking cancellation policy applies. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to amend your booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
