Cancellation Policy

-All class bookings are final once confirmed. -Each booking is valid for up to two (2) participants. -Multiple bookings made under the same account for the same class or time period will be treated as a group booking. Payments & Refunds -All payments are non-refundable. -We do not offer cash refunds or card refunds for any cancelled or missed classes. -Where applicable, Forza class credits may be issued in accordance with the terms below. Rescheduling & Credits (Individual Bookings) -Individual bookings may be rescheduled or credited if cancelled at least 12 hours before the class start time. -Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling or credits. -Missed classes (no-shows) are not eligible for rescheduling or credits. Group Bookings When multiple bookings are made under the same account, the booking is classified as a group booking, regardless of the number of participants attending. -Group bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule or receive Forza credits. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for credits or rescheduling. Account Credits -Have no cash value -Are non-transferable -Must be used within their stated validity period -Credits may only be applied to future Forza classes. Disputes & Account Holds -Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will result in the temporary suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved. -During an active dispute, access to classes and bookings may be restricted. Agreement to Terms By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
