Private Studio Hire – Booking Policy Studio hire is available for private use only, including personal rehearsals, practice sessions, content creation and similar activities. Private studio hire is not available for teachers or instructors wishing to run classes, workshops or other paid/public sessions. If you are interested in hiring Forza Studio as a venue for a class or event, please contact info@forzabelfast.com to discuss venue hire options. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time. All studio hire bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the original booking date, subject to studio availability. Requests made less than 7 days before the booking cannot be rescheduled, refunded or credited. Use of the Studio Your booking covers the agreed hire period only. Please allow enough time within your booking for any setup, rehearsal and tidy-up required. The studio should be left in the same condition in which it was found. Any equipment or furniture moved during your booking must be returned to its original position. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
